Steve Lautz, Executive Associate Athletics Director for Compliance
A longtime athletics administrator with SEC experience, Lautz now serves as LSU’s Executive Associate Athletics Director for Compliance.
Lautz joined LSU after serving as senior associate AD for compliance at the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Lautz previously served as senior associate AD for compliance at the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Prior to his tenure at UTSA, Lautz was a contributing member of the compliance department at Auburn from 2009-19, first as assistant AD for two years and then as associate AD for over seven years.
Prior to starting his career in collegiate athletics, Lautz worked as an attorney at the law firm of Bond, Schoeneck and King in Overland Park, Kan., representing colleges and universities in NCAA-related matters.
Lautz is the sport contact for Football, Golf, and Tennis.

Blair Napolitano, Assistant Athletics Director/Compliance
Napolitano is entering her 18th year in the LSU Compliance Office.
In October 2009, Napolitano was promoted to Director of Compliance after serving as Compliance Coordinator since December 2005.
A native of Baton Rouge, LA, Napolitano earned her Bachelor's degree in kinesiology from LSU in 2005. She later received her Master's degree in Business Administration from LSU in August 2010.
Napolitano is the sport contact for Baseball, Basketball, and Gymnastics.

Jason Erickson, Assistant Director of Compliance
Erickson is entering his 6th year in the LSU Compliance Office.
Prior to LSU, Erickson served as the Compliance Coordinator at Ohio State University for two years and as a Compliance Intern at Central Michigan University one and half years.
A native of Williamston, MI, Erickson earned his Bachelor's degree in Sports Administration from Central Michigan University in 2014. He later received his Master's of Arts Degree in Sport Administration from Central Michigan University in 2017.
Erickson is the sport contact for Beach Volleyball, Softball, Swimming & Diving, and Volleyball.

Angela Black, Assistant Director of Compliance
Black is entering her first year in the LSU Compliance Office.
A native of St. Louis, Mo., Black joins LSU after spending three years as the Assistant AD for Compliance and Eligibility at Southeast Missouri State University.
Before her stop at SEMO, Black spent two years as the Assistant Director of Compliance for Miami (Ohio) University.
Prior to her tenure at SEMO, she began her career at the University of Missouri as a Compliance Graduate Assistant.
Black is the sport contact for Soccer and Track & Field/ XC.
