The LSU Compliance Office issued a universal Cease & Desist notification last week for products including the name, likeness and/or image of LSU football student-athlete Tyrann Mathieu.

In an attempt to clarify several issues related to LSU's motives for releasing such a notification, the Compliance Office released a podcast in which Director's of Compliance Andrew Donovan and Jayson Santos answer the following questions:

• Can LSU profit off of the Honey Badger nickname?
• Is there a difference between wearing and selling merchandise?
